Exedor's movie Reviews on Newgrounds

[Initial Point: Eternity]

I liked the music until about half way thru when it faded away and became just ambient noise. The video was also ok at the beginning, though it didn't seem to make much sense, other than ambient space filling for the video while the music played.

Now, you do know that Newgrounds is for animation and games, right?

The occasional 'real video' does come thru, but the score usually suffers here, because we prefer to stick to animations and games. That's always been the core and the spirit of Newgrounds.

This is video, and so this is better suited for youtube. :\

As awesome as the art and animation are, this is way too short. People are going to think you borrowed and modified from the actual show. :\ Try to make it longer, or better yet, make the ful animation before submitting it. No one likes part of a story, no matter how cool it looks.

Actually, it wasn't bad. I doubt, you'll win any awards for it, but I know you're not surprised by that comment. I liked the colors of the galaxy you drew better than the one I drew. I've got tips and tutorials in my most recent news post that maybe might be helpful. Keep improving. You're off to a good start already. :)

What you have is ok, but there's not enough to it, which makes it kinda pointless.

First off, putting too many movie clips on the screen makes for major lag, so be sure to keep that in mind. Second, it was kinda slow moving, and then it was done. :\

Being new at flash is fine. We all start there. Go to my most recent news post for tips and tutorials that might be helpful.

With that being said, please don't submit tests to the Portal. This isn't the place for this. The Portal is for finished items only. The Forums are what you want. Load this into your Dumping Grounds. It's the third icon from the left at the very top of the page when you're signed in. It looks like a bucket with an arrow pointing down. Once it's loaded there, copy and paste the link into the Forums (Community>Forums). That way, people see it and give tips, which is what you want, but it's not in the Portal, filling your account with low scores or blams, which you don't want.

Oh! I see. Man, I really wish NG has told me this stuff... I even read the terms and conditions too, but this entire thing is leaving me confuzled. :/ And not because I lack English skills either; I understand the terms and conditions, but I feel that NG assumes you know what you're doing with the interface, and all these ERROR 502 errors aren't helping :/
