Yeah, it's tough getting the hang of animation. It really takes a lot of work. At least you have the right attitude about it; that you will continue improving and working harder if this gets blammed. Many people get mad if things get blammed, but they don't want to work harder.

Being new at animation is fine. We all start there. Go to my most recent news post for some tips and tutorials that might be helpful; especially the tutorials.
