What you have is decent, but there's not enough to it, which makes it kinda pointless to submit.

Being new at flash is fine. We all start there.

With that being said, please don't submit tests to the Portal. If you want feedback and tips, that's fine, but this isn't the best place for this. The Portal is for finished items. The Forums are what you want. Load this into your Dumping Grounds. It's the third icon from the left at the very top of the page when you're signed in. It looks like a bucket with an arrow pointing down. Once it's loaded there, copy and paste the link into the Forums (Community>Forums). That way, people see it and give tips, which is what you want, but it's not in the Portal, filling your account with low scores or blams, which you don't want.

Actually, I thought it was great. The music fit well, so let those who don't like it make their own. Now, I'm not rushing out to buy the CD, but this is a nice submission. Well done. :)

Hi, and welcome to Newgrounds.

Now, you do know that Newgrounds is a site for animation and games, right? Yeah, there's a reason that the other things you see around here are drawn.

The occasional 'real video' does come thru, but the score usually suffers here, because we prefer to stick to animations and games.

This is video, and so this might be better suited for youtube. :\

Well, yes... kinda... but... no...

Newgrounds has always been for animations and games. When they brought out the capability to upload in MP4, which is considered a video format, Tom was concerned about doing so. Yes, there are some real video submisssions here. I know. Just because you can doesn't mean it's encouraged.

Still, it goes against the heart of what Newgrounds is all about. Newgrounds was started as a site for flash artists to showcase their work. It has remained a site dedicated to flash animations and games for over a decade.

We like to keep it that way, since there are plenty of sites for videos. Sites that caiter to Flash animations and games are less common, and Newgrounds, in our opinion, is the best. We'd like to keep it that way.

If you submit this here, your score will suffer from what you might get on youtube. (Well, "likes" on youtube, not "score.")

Yea look I respect what your saying. I wouldnt really use newgrounds if I didnt have to but I dont know many sites that I can promote my vfx style content.I mean I could spam youtube with plz watch my videos but that seems even more distasteful. If you can give me a few I wouldnt really need to upload here. Also I wasnt intending to upload really mediocre based films that vloggers or commentators make in a matter of hours. Im actually going to dedicate weeks to make my films. Im working my ass of just like any animator so cut me some slack

Actually, this was pretty good. It looked to be all frame by frame, so that's quite a feat.

I did have sound, so if anyone's having sound issues, there's sound in Internet Explorer 8, so switch over for a minute to view this one. That is, unless you ...are a ...[giggle] MAC person. OK,JK.

The sound volume was just a bit low, so once the neighbors started making noise, I had to turn it up a bit. There was a noticeable difference in the volume level between the two voices as well, but that can be adjusted in the future to make them more level.

This was pretty good, and I'm looking forward to seeing what they go do now. :)

Yeah, it was all frame by frame (or for the most part anyways). It took me two months just to make this, lol.
I really don't understand what's causing the sound problems. It's worked for me in Chrome and Firefox, and I had a friend test it in IE9, but apparently it didn't show up... lol.
Sound volume is something I'm going to have to fix. I can't hear a difference with my crappy speakers, but I did hear a difference on my friend's computer, so I will definitely be fixing the voice levels.
There's another 10 minutes left of this, anything could happen ;). Thanks for the review :D
