Actually, it is coming along nicely. Yes, it's choppy, but there have been far worse things come thru. Please keep at it, but for now, this is still just not far enough along.

With that being said, please don't submit tests or unfinished things to the Portal. If people submit unfinished things, then this will become an unimpressive site. Would you hang out on a site where none of the movies or games are completed? Think about it.

If you want feedback, tips, and ideas, that's fine, but this isn't the best place for this. The Portal is for finished items. The Forums are what you want. Load this into your Dumping Grounds. It's the third icon from the left at the very top of the page when you're signed in. It looks like a bucket with an arrow pointing down. Once it's loaded there, copy and paste the link into the Forums (Community>Forums). That way, people see it and give tips, which is what you want, but it's not in the Portal, filling your account with low scores or blams, which you don't want.

The Portal isn't for tests or unfinished submissions, tho: http://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/content-submission

Good luck. :)

IkkoArts responds:

Oh. I didn't know. Thanks for the advice. I'm sorry.

If you didn't make it, do not submit it. It's a fairly simple concept.

Wow, that was almost good. It had no sound. The story almost made sense. The animation seemed almost like it was made of pre-made clips. If it had sound and you worked on those 'almosts' then this might be fun. :)

The song was ok. The problem is with the Tim Burton copyrighted content. If you can animate something yourself, this'll be good. As it is, tho, it violates the rules of submission.

-Your submission must not be a modified version of someone else's work.
-You may parody existing movie submissions but you must create your own artwork.
-Do not submit copyrighted video clips or photographs that you did not create.

Sorry, bro. :\

I'm looking for a job at the moment, and this not only rings true, but you have just put a legitimate fear into animated form. x)

SemiRespectable responds:

Thanks! That was the goal. Much appreciate the comment & review!

It's good, but it's nowhere near ready to be put up.

MrChambers responds:

did you read the title?

You must be the creator of whatever you submit. It's in the rules. Bring your friend over and have him make his own account. :)

MynokX responds:

yes i am my friend helped me make this so we worked hard on this short animation, thanks for the advice. :)

The animation was ok, but the credits are twice as long as the animation!

8ThoughThomas responds:

It´s just an test, because I just began on the animation so.. :)

If you're gong to skip a description, then the short description is the one to be skipped. The main author comments always come up, but depending on how we come to a submission, sometimes, the short description never shows. Plus, it's just lazy! The short description has SIX words and you couldn't re-type them out? Or even, cut & paste?

Reviewed 2/5 cuz it wasn't bad.
Rated 0/5 cuz it's short and has no story, plot, etc.

Keep at it, but always take pride in your work.

Actually, it was pretty good. The artwork will get better. Work on having a proper ending, rather than the abrupt stop that this has. I was enjoying it, and then, done.
