Now, you do know that Newgrounds is a site for animation and games, right? Yeah, there's a reason that the other things you see on here are drawn.

The occasional 'real video' does come thru, but the score usually suffers here, because we prefer to stick to animations and games.

Newgrounds is a site for animation. There may be a few videos here and there that go against that but generally all videos on the site are some sort of animation, or have animated aspects to them. If it's not already, then I suggest you upload this to sites like Youtube or Vimeo and see how you do there, but this isn't Newgrounds material. :\

[Spiderman Sprite Test]

This is nowhere near ready to be put up. This is 15 seconds, and that's not nearly finished.

Please don't submit tests or unfinished things to the Portal. If people submit unfinished things, then this will become an unimpressive site. Would you hang out on a site where none of the movies or games are completed? Think about it.

If you want feedback, tips, and ideas, that's fine, but this isn't the best place for this. The Portal is for finished items. The Forums are what you want. Load this into your Dumping Grounds. If you don't know, it's the third icon from the left at the very top of the page when you're signed in. It looks like a bucket with an arrow pointing down. Once it's loaded there, copy and paste the link into the Forums (Community>Forums). That way, people see it and give tips, which is what you want, but it's not in the Portal, filling your account with low scores or blams, which you don't want.

You are the second person I've ever seen that failed to spell their own name correctly.

The video was dull, noisy, poorly done, not really funny, non-animated, and generally, not Newgrounds material.

You had a good score until he started whispering. If you turn up the volume to make that able to be heard, you then get blasted by the screaming at the end. Be aware of your volume levels, so as to avoid that situation. I thought it was actually kinda fun, but I had to give a 0 due to the noise spam. :\

Redo the audio and resubmit it. Please! :)

[Game Animation Cycles]

Edit: The character animations aren't bad. I suppose that if it's going to get blammed, it's just that it's a "test" and not a story. I'll admit, I agree with the 'no tests in the Portal' sentiment, tho. It loks good, but without a story, it's kinda pointless. :\

No it makes perfect sense. I should be sharing animations that are story driven and have entertainment value. This isn't a place for portfolio sharing. This belongs more somewhere like Youtube and Vimeo ;)

Now, you can post your art in the Art Portal, but the animation portal ("Movies") is for animations and games. Slideshows are actually against the rules.

The "music" killed the mood, and really ruined the entire thing. Also, please complete the thing, rather than submitting a part 1 and part 2, which is just a waste of peoples' time. :\

Terribly sorry you feel that way, the music itself was the inspiration to do a Portrait of the vocalist, so felt the need to include it, but I will re-consider music choices for future videos, and work on combining multiple sessions into one Video instead of having them segmented.
