Good, but has problems.

When you click something, it moves away too slowly. Have them just 'pop' out quickly like other games.

It needs a button to 'force' the next line in early. When you only have 1 or 2 lines in, it gets boring waiting for more stuff to show up so you have something to work with.

The red bonus bar is annoying. It causes a pop up when you click near the ends(?) of the bar, and that blocks the game view and must be closed out to get back to the game.

Where's the pirate music?

It's fun, but...

Make the player stand out better. It's too easy for the player to get lost. When the enemies explode, there's so much stuff flying around that it's easy to get lost. Also, when you die and get put back in, there's not a well defined explosion of the player, nor is there a decent re-entry animation., and when you finally locate yourself, you've already got bad guys closing in on you. Make the player a different size or a brighter/different color, or both, and he'll be easier to see. For death and re-entry, make a few circles (think: ripples in water) going out or in depending on death or rebirth to draw the eye to the player.

Good, but lags.

Needs a way to adjust the quality down. Otherwise, is good. :)

So cool!

Wish it was done!

Way too hard to be fun!

I didn't think it was possible to screw up a game like this, but...

Why the hell do they all take so many shots?! If I have to kill the guy rolling the rock, how can I when the others get in the way? If it takes a full screen to kill one bad guy, is there any way to get to the guy who's surrounded? If it takes a whole screen's worth of shooting to kill one guy, all the others are going to hit and cause damage that there's no way to avoid. They take too many shots; it's hard to keep up that level of clicking after a few levels. And what's the deal with the 'invincible' guy? What if I don't have the money to upgrade every level? What if I don't want to?

It's not a badly put together game. It's just terribly unpolished!

Looks good. Sounds good. Plays bad.

It's way too fast, even on easy mode. You have to capture or evade the fish once you identify their size, and there's not enough reaction time in this game to get that done. Slow it down a lot and maybe it'll be great.

Hard, but I beat it.

Took me a while. Sometimes the answers were buggy. I had to try the snake twice to get it to work. I had to try the math 3 times to get it to work. When typing the letters, if I click the box, the green letters turn white, and thus are invisible til I go back and remove them. A different color might help that. Sometimes multiple tries were necessary, so you were never sure if it was correct.

Anyway, having no walkthru caused me to have to think for myself. Now that I beat it, I'm ok with that. ;) Don't answer anyone who says 'I can't do anything' or I'm stuck in the first room' or whatever. A hint might be ok, but it's nice to have to think for yourself every once in a while. With that said...

Hints: (But you still have to think for yourself)

Room 1: Look at the Periodic Table. The circle colors are there. At the panel, you only need to mess with the top 2.

Room 2: i see you. That's your answer. The pictures are letters.

Room 3: Make a snake. Not too difficult. If it doesn't take the first time, do a square again.

Room 4: Down is clickable, but only in one direction. The sizes and colors are your door code.

Room 5: Turn off the TV and do some math. Click the circles, then you can proceed. Once you have the number, do the math. In Algebra, dots are multiply and slash is divide. I may have made that one too easy. :/

Room 6: Letters relate to each room. I was unfamiliar with Zodiac images. Spell correctly. I used lower case.

If you're stumped, keep trying. It forces your brain to think in new ways, which isn't always easy or fun, but it's better than having someone tell you everything and never thinking for yourself.

Nice game. :)

Good...

But the Boss can't be killed.

RadicalJodward responds:

Which boss? i have beaten all 3 in testing, the last is v difficult but dooable.

HOW TO BEAT THE 1ST BOSS:

You shoot more quickly the closer you are to the target.

When very close to the boss, hold down spacebar and you will very quickly unload all your ammo into him.

The 1st boss takes about 200 hits to kill, but at point blank this shouldn't take too long.

Get underneath it and fire into its belly point blank, after a hundred and something shots it turns red, you will now need to get above the boss or stay very near to its rear to avoid being hit as its moovement will switch to swooping down rather than up.

If you run out of ammo a pickup will appear on screen.
Sometimes it will appear behind the bosses current location. In this case, simply wait for it to moove.

Awesome.

But needs a Replay button! :D
