Please don't submit things that come from tutorials. They count as public files, since you're not actually creating your own game, you're following steps to re-create someone else's game, and so, that's why they're actually against the rules. Submissions must be your own creation.

This wasn't bad, as far as it looks decent and the controls work. But since it's a Stencyl platform tutorial, it might be removed.

If you want feedback and tips, that's fine, but this isn't the best place for this. The Portal is for finished items. The Forums are what you want. Load this into your Dumping Grounds. It's the third icon from the left at the very top of the page when you're signed in. It looks like a bucket with an arrow pointing down. Once it's loaded there, copy and paste the link into the Forums (Community>Forums). That way, people see it and give tips, which is what you want, but it's not in the Portal, which you don't want.

You're on the right track. Keep working at it. Just make it all your own.

Good luck! :)

Shift is a system key. DON'T USE SHIFT!! D: There are plenty of other keys to use. Don't use system keys like Shift, Alt, or Ctrl.

What you have looks decent, but there's not enough to it, which makes it kinda pointless to submit.

With that being said, please don't submit tests to the Portal. If you want feedback and tips, that's fine, but this isn't the best place for this. The Portal is for finished items. Good luck! :)

What you have is very basic. Too basic I won and yet I'm not sure I actually played. There's not enough to it yet, which makes it kinda pointless to submit.

Ah, I didn't know the right place for prototypes is dumping grounds and forums! Thanks, I'll do that! Sounds like a better place...

This game is not nearly as fun as it could be because of a few confusing and annoying traits.

1. Why can't I choose my own towers? I can't form a defense when I cannot choose my weapons.

2. What's with the removal of the useless rock? If it's useless, to force me to remove it is an annoyance.

3. Why can't I upgrade my towers? I know I can combine them, but I don't want to combine, I want to upgrade.

4. The system is complex. If it's Topaz, put in a Topaz colored icon instead of the lightning bolt with dots icon. If it's diamond, use a diamond icon instead of a snowflake. Skip these other icons as they're confusing.

5. I get 3 new towers per level, but if I hit the space bar and call a next level before placing my new towers, I lose them. That sux.

6. More money, please.

This wasn't bad, as far as it looks good and the controls work. But since it's a Flixel platform tutorial, it might be removed.

Prank calls? Aren't those for, like, little kids?

This is made from a Stencyl tutorial, which is a public file, and that's against the rules. Following tutorials makes someone else's game, not your own.

However, this was actually what they intend for you to do: take their stuff and make something good. Since it's a Stencyl platform, it might be removed. But you did well on this one.

Keep working at it. Just make it all your own. :)

If you submit a second version of the same game, please take down version 1.
