...Sculpey?
...Sculpey?
Yup.
Yay! I've been waiting for this hottie! :)
Although, the picture is HUGE. And with no background, the whole screen shows up as white until I find her by scrolling around.
You should submit your others on this account. :)
yeah, I have so many things to do... I am trying to make this better once I have free time, wich is sometimes likely imposible TT_TT
Great stuff! :D
Thank you :D
"Hope you enjoy :)"
Indeed, I do. :)
I'd love to see this one colored. I know it's pencil, but I also know you have experience coloring B/W pics in Photoshop, so this would be a cool piece to color.
One suggestion, tho, is size; be aware of pic size vs screen size. My screen is large, at 1920x1080 widescreen. I can see the everything fine at normal (zoomed out) size. But at 3456x4608, that means when I bring it to full size, I get to see less than half of the width, and less than 1/4 if the height, which basically amounts to half of her left eyebrow filling my screen. On a standard (non-widescreen) screen, the eyebrow wouldn't even be in view.
I put mine at about 1166x845, except for my Titanic, which was ok to not be totally visible when at fullscreen. That size allows for a decent small view, but also allows for the whole pic to be viewed at whatever resolution on any monitor.
I wish I would've practiced character drawing back when I drew more often. I never wanted to draw characters and avoided them in favor of landscapes and such. Unfortunately, now I'm animating and guess what I really would like to know how to draw now... yup, characters. x)
This is good. Send us more, please. :)
I completely agree with you on the pixels. I actually have no idea why the pixels are so high on this photo and wasn't even aware haha. I'll try to change the size and re-upload.
Just a friendly reminder: What you submit not only reflects on you, but it also reflects on the person who scouted you. If you submit poor quality content, it may not matter to you, but it does reflect on them. Please think about their reputation before submitting poor quality "artwork" to the Portal.
i do not understand what you mean. i am sorry. have a nice day.
If Rubus created it, then Rubus must be the one to submit it here. Please do not submit things that you did not create yourself.
I actually made the drawing, I just used a reference image that Rubus created
I look forward to seeing more of this. :)
Thanks. I hope to keep making them
I hope it catches on.
But, it's NOT complete. It's a half-done, incomplete person. It's not attractive to look at. Sorry.
i did it on purpose, it's a way of making sculptures called half-bust
These are not sprites. Sprites are those pixelated characters from video games. They must be in that pixelated style to be considered sprites.
As for these drawing, watch how people work. When you run, you never put that front leg straight out. It's always bent to some degree until it's starting the forward push. That forward push is the leg straightening out. The back leg bends as you bring it up front.
Also, watch your size on these pics. This is 4000 pixels, and that's so large that it takes forever to load.
Well, I use a mac, so I don't have the experience of it taking forever.
But thx for the tip!
